Who is responsible
SN Bachmann RDS, SAS registered in Orléans under number 938 272 648, 2 rue d’Illiers, 45000 Orléans, France, is responsible for the personal data collected on this website. For any question about your data, write to contact@bachmannrds.com with “Personal data” in the subject.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through one of our forms, we receive:
- your name, organisation, work email and project country;
- your sector and, if you add them, your phone number and project details;
- the page, solution and regional site the enquiry came from, its date and, when present in the page address, the campaign parameters (source, medium, campaign, keyword, content and Google click identifier).
With your consent only, Google Analytics also measures how the website is used (see Cookies below).
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal, as steps you asked for before a possible contract (GDPR article 6.1.b).
- To follow up with you on our solutions, on the basis of our legitimate interest in developing our business with professional buyers (article 6.1.f). You can object at any time.
- To measure the audience of the website and the results of our advertising, only if you accept analytics cookies (article 6.1.a).
Who receives it
Your enquiry is handled by the Bachmann RDS sales team and, when your project is in their territory, by our authorised regional representatives. It is processed on our behalf by service providers bound by data processing terms:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and enquiry database;
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.): delivery of the email notification to our team;
- Microsoft: our email system;
- Google Ireland Limited: audience and advertising measurement, if you accept cookies.
We do not sell your data.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of these providers process data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Enquiries about projects in the Middle East and North Africa are handled by our team based in the United Arab Emirates, as needed to answer your request.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries from prospects: three years after our last contact with you, then deleted.
- Customers: for the duration of our business relationship and the periods required by law.
- Analytics data: 14 months in Google Analytics; analytics cookies expire after 13 months at most.
- Your cookie choice: six months, after which we ask again.
Cookies
On your first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and nothing is sent to Google until you accept. You can change your choice at any time: open cookie settings.

When you accept, Google can use this measurement for our advertising (Google Ads conversions and audiences). Google’s own use of data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, to receive it in a portable format, and you can object at any time to its use for follow-up or prospecting. You can also withdraw your cookie consent and give instructions for the handling of your data after your death. Write to contact@bachmannrds.com or to our registered office; we answer within one month. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France (www.cnil.fr).
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection, enquiries are stored in a database restricted to our team, and our providers apply industry security standards.
